Feds announce new Medicaid/Medicare rule banning arbitration clauses in nursing home contracts
Effective in November, 2016, mandatory arbitration clauses in nursing home admissions contracts will be prohibited for all nursing homes which accept federal Medicaid or Medicare dollars.
